Fit-out Works

We are a turnkey fit-out provider for office interiors, with an intense level of involvment in the entire process. Our values are transparency, honesty, effective teamwork and absolute attention to each project. We also have continuous focus on ethical end environmental responsibilities.

Construction works mainly comprise standard and fire resistant gypsum board walls, paintings, modular interior partitioning systems that can be easily assembled and re-configured, fire resistant partitions, mobile walls, suspended ceilings and acoustic panels, complete flooring solutions, carpentry, which consist in wooden fiber-board doors and wooden wall cladding and so on. Dilapidation works are sometimes necessary to return the previous office space to its original state.

We have highly specialized teams for electrical, mechanical and plumbing works, low currents networks, fire detection and control access, lighting installations and HVAC.

We are often assigned to provide a ‘reboot’ of a working area. The renovation or reconfiguration of an existing work space shouldn’t be costly or time consuming. Our technicians take care of your refurbishment project to the extent that you can feel confident about the required outcome, without disturbing your daily activity.

As a part of our clients’s requirements to relocate from their existing offices, our logistic and moving department will assist you with the relocation process, with excellent coordination skills and task management capabilities.

SANICLIPS Sanitary Partitioning Systems

The constuction works also include installing a diversity of SANICLIPS sanitary partitioning systems, which have been especially designed to meet all sanitary rules and high traffic conditions in the public areas. The panels of SANICLIPS sanitary cabins are made out of a high quality stratified compact material, resistant to moisture, mechanical shock and high temperatures. These cabins have a low maintenance cost and cannot be easily damaged, thus keeping their aesthetics throught all their existance.

Our largest project using Saniclips sanitary cabins is Henry Coanda International Airport – Bucharest.

MERCEDES BENZ

EKKO was the general contractor for the new 2.500 sqm offices of Mercedes-Benz Romania, located in Henley Building - Swan Office Park Bucharest. We executed architectural works (ceiling, walls, flooring, glazed partitions, mobile walls), electrical and mechanical works, fire detection and control access, low currents network, HVAC and sanitary works. With meticulous attention to detail, we were able to deliver a cost effective and functional working environment.

E.ON ROMANIA

E.ON Romania selected EKKO to deliver turnkey architectural & build packages for the fit-out of its headquarters. Our team coordinated all deliveries and works for the different locations, within time and budget boundaries.

SYNGENTA

The project included full refurbishment of Syngenta Headquarters, located on the 4th floor of Building 3 in Victoria Park Bucharest. EKKO underwent works such as new gypsum walls and glazed partitions, painting, flooring, mobile walls, HVAC, electrical works and IT infrastructure.

ATOS ROMANIA

EKKO established a partnership with ATOS Romania for the execution of turnkey projects. The works consist in installation of gypsum walls and glass partitions, data and electrical networks, mechanical and plumbing, flooring, ceilings, painting and other specific works.
